PCB Holiday Events

Written By: Miller and Associates Realty On: 22nd December 2012 Under: Events, Local Information

With Christmas rapidly approaching, hopefully most of you have at least one or two days off to spend relaxing with family and friends.  If you do, there are several local businesses and institutions putting on Christmas related events and I’ve compiled a short list for those of you who are looking to get out and about this season!

December 22

Northside Baptist Church will be playing host to the Cloud 9 Orchestra as they play up beat versions of all the Christmas classics.  The event starts at 6:00 pm, lasts about an hour, and kids under ten get in for free.

December 23

Pirates Cove Marina will be holding a local Makers, Bakers, and Growers market.  Come out and browse a wide selection of arts, crafts, and fresh produce all compliments of the surrounding community.

December 25

Looking for a fun, coastal take on Christmas Dinner or maybe more interested in being served than in serving?  Margaritaville will be putting on their Parrot Head Christmas Feast.  Enjoy the food and decorations at their Pier Park location!

December 26

Looking for some sports?  Arnold High School will be hosting the 8th Annual Marlin Christmas Classic.  Eight local boys and eight local girls teams will compete in the event spanning four days: kicking off on the 26th with a skills competition and featuring tournament play on the 27th, 28th, and 29th.  Action starts at 6:00 pm each day and will be streamed live online at www.psblive.com.

December 30

Get your New Year’s resolution off to an early start this year with the Biggest Loser Runwalk featuring hosts from season five of the hit reality program.  Register at their website HERE.

Also, with the New Year coming up, keep in mind that everyone from Spinnaker and La Vela to Breakers, Margaritaville, The Boatyard, and Schooners will be hosting events with food and drink specials and tons of people to party in 2013.  There is even a dance at the Panama City Beach Senior Center!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from Miller and Associates!  Our offices will be closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day but we will back up and running Wednesday, December 26th.
