During the month of December, sales throughout the beach were more spread out among various properties. A total of 95 sales took place during the month, which is a 13% increase in comparison to the same time in 2014.

Leading Condo Sales for December 2015

  • Tidewater Beach Resort: 6 Sales. Total Volume: ,147,950
  • Calypso Towers: 4 Sales. Total Volume: $1,622,500
  • Boardwalk Central: 4 Sales. $1,333,700

Condos with Lowest “Days on Market” (DOM) Sales

  • Bahama West: Average DOM 8.   Total Volume: $227,500
  • Grand Lagoon Cove Condominium: Average DOM 8.   Total Volume: $102,500
  • Ocean Reef: Average DOM 9.   Total Volume: $287,000

Condos with Lowest Average Sale Price

  1. Lazy Daze Condo: Average Sale Price – $32,000.
  2. Fontainebleau Terrace: Average Sale Price – $53,500.
  3. Ambassador Beach Condo: Average Sale Price – $60,000

Condos with Highest Average Sale

  1. Sterling Beach Condo: Average Sale Price – $640,000.
  2. Calypso Tower: Average Sale Price – $405,625.
  3. Tidewater Beach Resort: Average Sale Price – $382,650.

Overall, there was a 25% increase in sales volume, 10% increase in sale price and a 37% drop in “Days on Market” compared to last year.
