Horizon South – The Unique Village

We just acquired a Horizon South listing this week and being a Panama City resident of just 8 months, I really didn’t know much about the community. Sure I drove by some of the complex every day on the way to and from work, but I only saw just a few units from the road. I had never really given it a second thought. They seemed to be older units, although it good shape, but not the brand new units people often seek out. So I set out to take a closer look…

WHAT AN AMAZING COMMUNITY! This complex isn’t just a few units that you can see from Panama City Beach Parkway or from Front Beach Road… it is a HUGE community. There is beautifully maintained building after building. Now I am not one for a large community, but this complex feels like a unique little village. People were walking their dogs, talking to their neighbors, waiving when you drive by; everywhere I looked… I smiled! Horizon South has lush landscaping, miniature golf, shuffle board, 4 pools, a hot tub, tennis court, basketball court, a game room, community center and a playground! BUT WAIT THERE’S MORE 🙂 Just steps outside of the community and you have restaurants, shopping and a short stroll to the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches… I AM SOLD!  There really is something for every member of the family, for the old and the young.
