New Construction Boom

Panama City Beach has seen a major growth in new construction and approved proposed single family home communities just in the first half of 2017.  With this boom in new community developments and in single family homes, sales continue to move quickly as construction becomes complete.  With the announcement from Freddie Mac on Thursday that interest rates have dropped to its lowest level since last November, considering that home purchase now may be just a good time as any.  

Currently, such new proposed construction projects include 40 new homes in the newest community of Whisper Dunes located just off Back Beach Road at Sand Oak Blvd.  This deed restricted community offers all the amenities for comfortable Florida living. They only have a few home sites left.  Or, if you are looking for a beachfront condo, Calypso III Tower is a 250-unit, 20-story condo complex which adds to the grandeur of the Calypso Towers development.  This new construction project is the first high rise condominium complex built since 2008.  Furthermore, Moonraker is a proposed 85-lot single-family subdivision located just off Alf Coleman Road and Middle Beach Road.  This new expansion has been approved and expected to start construction soon.  Additionally, the Waterfall community, the Chaudry Residential community, and Golfer’s Paradise at Hombre are all under preconstruction approval.
