The Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce, Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association, and Panama City Beach Convention & Visitors Bureau are pleased to present the 2013 Panama City Beach Seafood & Music Festival celebrating seafood, fishing, culinary arts, music, entertainment, arts and culture in Panama City Beach, Florida, with the support of local fishing and seafood industries, local restaurants, local and state sponsors, local and regional business partners, local and state government, civic organizations, local schools, other volunteers and the local community.
14th Annual Haunted Trail and Night Critters

Haunted Trail open for ages 13 years and older on Thursday, October 17th from dusk til 10:30 pm. Friday the 18th and Saturday the 19th are open to ALL ages. There will be Crafts, Food, Entertainment, Activities, Costume Contest, etc.
13th Annual Jazz by the Bay Festival

Two days and six bands! Festival runs from 6:30PM-9:00PM on Friday the 18th and 1:00PM-7:30PM on Saturday the 19th.

Howl-O-Ween

The 12th Annual HOWL-O-WEEN Fundraiser begins Friday, October 25th with campers only arriving after 1 p.m. to get set up. On Saturday, October 26th, 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, October 27th, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. there will be a flurry of activities including rare hands-on wolf encounter tours starting at 10 a.m., running every 45 minutes, with the last one at 4 p.m. Saturday, 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, where you can become part of one of the Seacrest Wolf Packs! Small Animal Adventures allow you to hug the skunks, feed the raccoons, visit the 2013 wolf pups, and play with the Arctic foxes. This event offers all participants the chance to not only have fun with wildlife, but to become proactive in helping keep the wild alive by raising funding for urgently needed expansions of wildlife habitats that provides the large natural environments that Seacrest requires for all of its wildlife residents.
