This year in November, Panama City Beach did a lot better than last year with at least 25 more condos sold, a 35% increase. The overall sales volume increase was $7,519,232 which was a 49% increase compared to 2014.

This November we have had a positive change in the overall market.
The Top Selling condo resorts are Tidewater Beach Resort, Laketown Warf, The Summit, Edgewater Beach Resort. Each has had a total of 5 sales with the average price being $236,529.20.
The Most Expensive Condos are from Aqua Resort and Wild Heron averaging around $514,500.00. Both of these resorts have sold 1 unit each.
The Least Expensive Condos are from Emerald Pointe Resort, Fontainebleau Terrace and Villas of St. Thomas each selling 1 unit, averaging at ,833.33.

The overall average sale price during the month was 0,402 which is a 9% increase to last year’s 8,842. The overall Days on Market for the month was 150 days. The DOM increased 28% which means that condos sold faster in 2014 than in 2015.

Overall this past month of November was a plus in the market.
