Pier Park Continues To Grow

Since its ground breaking, Pier Park has quickly become one of the most frequented shopping destinations in Panama City Beach. Whether you want to update your wardrobe, catch a movie, pick up groceries or simply relax with a massage, you will find exactly what you want at this shopping hot spot.

Recently, Pier Park has expanded its list of grocers and eateries with the opening of a Super Wal-Mart and a Shoney’s. Wal-Mart opened its doors and welcomed shoppers on March 13, also creating over 300 new jobs! This will be the second on Panama City Beach.

Shoney’s Restaurant welcomed hungry guests on March 14 serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. This Shoney’s is unique in its location as it offers patio seating and extended hours. In a recent visit, many of us enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet but we also recommend their fried chicken or the angus beef burger. Either way, this is one dining experience you won’t want to miss!
