Bay County Association of Realtors just released the 3rd quarter market update; the results are looking great. Our average closing sale is up 17.9% since 2013. New pending sales are up 14.7% from last year as well. The average sale price for homes and condominiums is up 6.7% as well. Which shows that prices for your homes is on the rise!
