Rosemary Beach is a Gulf-front planned community in Walton County in the Florida Panhandle. This quaint coastal town sits on one hundred acres and offers five hundred home sites that share access to 2,300 feet of shimmering sand and emerald water.

Founded by Guy Chesterfield Sr. in 1995 with an abundance of pedestrian paths leading to parks, green spaces, play and relaxation areas, Rosemary Beach was conceived to provide a truly coastal experience.
