October has proven to be a strong month for condo sales in Bay County. We are staying very busy with vacationers looking to purchase a little piece of paradise.

Currently 57 condos have sold in October and 83 condos have gone under contract. These are strong numbers considering fall is our down town.

1. Tidewater Beach Resort has had the highest number of sales for October. The complex has 9 new owners with prices ranging from $200,000 to $330,000.

2. Edgewater Beach Resort and Long Beach Resort have tied with the second highest number of sales in October. Both having 4 new owners.

Edgewater Beach Resort has had 4 sales with prices ranging from $119,500 to $306,000.

Long Beach Resort has had 4 sales with prices ranging from $95,000 to $340,000.

3. Emerald Beach Resort had the third highest sales. This complex had 3 sales ranging from $169,500 to $212,000.
